The History of Port Alice
Port Alice lies on an island west of Prince of Wales Island, in the Alexander Archipelago. It lies at approximately 55° 50' N Latitude, 133° 36' W
Longitude . The community is located in the Ketchikan Recording District. The area encompasses 12 sq. miles of land and 7 sq. miles of water.
The site was developed as a logging camp.
