Km 535: the Stewart River Bridge at aptly-named Stewart Crossing. At the far (north) side of the bridge, you turn left to continue to Dawson City on the North Klondike Highway, or turn right to go to Mayo and Keno City on the Silver Trail, Yukon Highway 11.
