The Alaska Highway meets the Taylor Highway at Tetlin Junction, Mile 1301.7 - this is the view westbound. The Forty Mile Roadhouse (a.k.a. the Tetlin Junction Roadhouse) seen in the photo operated from 1949 until about 1985, though it was opened briefly in the early 1990s for the Alaska Highway anniversary.
