South Klondike Highway Photo Album

White Pass & Yukon Route railway (WP&YR) maintenance shops. Historically, the railway ran 112 miles to Whitehorse, Yukon, but now trains only go as far as Carcross (67 miles) occasionally and Lake Bennett (41 miles) regularly. A great deal more information about the WP&YR can be seen at RailsNorth.com. There is no public access nor tours through the shops.
