A few days after the photos above were shot, blasting resulted in homes in the Lobird subdivision being damaged by flying rocks. The project was shut down for over a month
while the situation was studied - blasting resumed on June 14th with new safety measures in place (including smaller blasts, covered blasts and more guarding).
